Since August 15, 2025, Méliuz has offered international investors a sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, traded in the United States through the OTC Markets under the ticker MLIZY. Each ADR represents 2 common shares of the Company (1 MLIZY = 2 CASH3).

The goal of this program is to provide easier access for international investors to Méliuz shares, enhancing the Company's global visibility and contributing to the liquidity of our stock outside Brazil.

What are ADRs?
ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) are certificates issued by U.S. depositary banks that represent shares of foreign companies. They are traded in U.S. dollars, and dividends are also paid in the same currency, simplifying access for international investors to companies based outside the U.S. market.

A Bitcoin Treasury Company has the primary mission of accumulating Bitcoin in an accretive way for its shareholders, using its cash generation, corporate structure, and access to capital markets to increase exposure to the asset over time.

More than simply allocating a portion of cash to Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation or currency devaluation, Bitcoin Treasury Companies aim to maximize the amount of Bitcoin per share.
